Do I have to bring my phone to a shop?
No. Our technicians come to your home, office, or any location across Nigeria. You can also walk into our Abuja or Lagos locations during business hours.
How long does a phone repair take?
Most screen and battery repairs are done the same day, often within 1–2 hours. Complex repairs like water damage or motherboard issues may take longer; we'll always give you a time estimate upfront.
Are the replacement parts genuine?
Yes. We use OEM or OEM-equivalent parts on every repair. No fake or low-quality components and every repair is backed by our 90-day warranty.
Do I pay before or after the repair?
Always after. You don't pay a single naira until your phone is repaired, tested, and you're satisfied with the result. The ₦5,000 diagnostic fee is the only upfront cost and it's deducted from your repair bill.
What if my phone can't be repaired?
If we can't fix your phone after the diagnostic, then you pay nothing. We'll also advise you honestly on your best next steps.
